Cold feeding rubber Extrusion continous vulcanize production line wire cable machine

Application Mainly apply to rubber wire cable production, can separately complete single layer insulation wire cable, double layer extrusion wire, color strip cable and double parallel line wire cable insulation layer or jacket extrusion and continous vulcanization.

Trait The unit adopt PLC control system main unit and mating equipment, main unit screw adopt double screw structure, large length-diameter ratio, high RPM to ensure plastic well mixed and plasticized. Main unit adopt platy cold feeding. It can equip double rubber extrusion for multiple rubber wire produce according to wire cable craftwork. One machine with multifuction, it can produce continously and suit for different tray packing requirement if equiped with wire pay-off, wire take-up storage device and double thread wire pay-off & take-up device.  

Equipment configuration: Wire pay-off stand, up traction, tension stand, main unit, machine head, up seal, vulcanization piping, down seal, backward wheel unit, down traction, vertical wire storage, wire take-up device, wire cutter, water & air balance device and electric control etc.
